Who's Matthew?
Epic Mickey can't be that epic on Wii hardware.
Online purchases don't have tax, except when I ordered a game through Barnes and Noble (I had a gift card, the only reason to shop there). In Minnesota, where I live, we don't even tax clothing.
I think because different areas have different tax rates. For instance, the tax rate in Mpls is like 7.2% or something, but in the suburbs it's only 6%. Plus tax rates vary from state to state so manufacturers would have to relabel everything for specific markets.
So much for pocket-sized. Between the PSP 3000 and this thing, I'll need to buy pants with bigger pockets. How come portable systems aren't all that portable anymore?
I used the code, got $10 off regular price, chose free shipping (takes a few days longer, but who cares with the number of games coming out?) and paid less than $51 for the game. No tax, so you end up saving $15, plus $10 off my next game purchase! Sweet deal!
Well Rockstar isn't even producing this game, they're the publisher. I don't see why everyone associates L.A. Noire with Rockstar, the producer is Team Bondi
With the larger screen size, won't the games look even more pixelated? I didn't read anything about a resolution increase, only size. What about the console footprint? Will that increase as well?

I think magazines should go the way of the dinosaur. Not only is the news old because everyone can read it sooner on the Internet, but people can get the news free on the Internet. There's no need to pay for news this day in age.
Another factor is the amount of waste created by printed materials. Just think of how many trees are cut down to produce the paper? How many of these magazines get recycled? You have to also factor in the environmental cost of magazines - fuels to...
What's with all these "who would win" polls?
As long as it's quieter, I'm all for it in the next PSP.
How can playing a violent game cause people to become terrorists? It's not as though little Jonny will drop out of middle school and attack someone.
The segment of the game is rather inappropriate, however. But it's no worse than Grand Theft Auto games.
*EDIT*
If someone is going to grow up to be violent, whether through nature vs. nurture, it's bound to happen whether or not they watch violent media. Even if you were to shelter this person from violen...
I ordered my copy just now!
Seems to be getting good reviews across the board. Good for 360 GTA fans.
So people keep on buying Wiis and then when they hear about the HD version, they'll want to buy that also.
XboxLifeStyle is from the people who brought us Playstation Lifestyle. I believe Sev1512 contributes to both sites and he also submits articles from both websites to N4G. Not to metion the PSLS ads on Xboxlifestyle
"You'd never see PlaystationLifestyle praising the 360 for anything.."
keyword here is "PlayStationLifestyle& ;amp ;amp ;quo t; "
Well, on this website the keyword is "xboxlifestyle"
Technically Rockstar is only the publisher of L.A. Noire.
Sounds good to me! I'd like 1080p Mario, Zelda, and Metroid games. Too good to be true, though. Color me impressed if Nintendo actually releases an HD console next year.
"24% of kids wanted a Nintendo DSi (really, guys? That many of you want to pay for digital clocks?"
What kind of journalism is this? Spreading slander about the competition? Can't they just stick to facts (I know it's an editorial) but it's just bad taste to write crap like that. I love my DSi and I'm sure the other millions of people like theirs, also.
The article basically praises the PS3 and comments on RROD and the cost of Live. You'd never see ...
I've never had problems with Bethesda games. I'll wait and see once I get to the DLC in the Fallout 3 GOTY.
